Β. To comply with Eurobank Equities legal obligations
This processing serves purposes such as:

How you can exercise your rights

Eurobank Equities will use its best endeavours to address your request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. This deadline may be extended for another 60 days, provided this is deemed necessary at the absolute discretion of Eurobank Equities, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. Eurobank Equities shall inform you within thirty (30) days of the request’s receipt in any case of prolongation of the abovementioned period.
This service is offered by Eurobank Equities free of charge. However, if your requests are blatantly unfounded, excessive or repeated, Eurobank Equities may demand the payment of a reasonable fee, after informing you accordingly, or deny responding to your request(s).
How Eurobank Equities protects your personal data
Eurobank Equities implements appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and their protection from accidental or unlawful destruction, random loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other form of unlawful processing.
Although concerted efforts are made to safeguard personal data, Eurobank Equities cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to its Website simply because sending information via the internet is not completely safe.
