For example: full name, father’s name, mobile or landline number, email, relationship with Eurobank Equities, capacity (individual/business) and general data you may provide in text fields. Note that by entering your data in the Website contact form you consent to Eurobank Equities contacting you. In these cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing on which it was based until its withdrawal (on withdrawing consent, see also “How you can exercise your rights” below), and, as appropriate, we may inform you about other ways to withdraw your consent depending on the way you gave it.

Β. To comply with Eurobank Equities legal obligations

This processing serves purposes such as:

1. To comply with the obligations arising from the legal, regulatory and supervisory framework in force from time to time, as well as the decisions of any authorities (public, supervisory, prosecuting, independent etc.) or courts (regular or arbitration).
2. To ensure the protection and security of information systems, and to prevent, deter and suppress unlawful actions.

This processing, as described in section B, also serves the legal interests of Eurobank Equities or third parties (as described in section C below).

C. For the legitimate interests of Eurobank Equities or third parties

Is Eurobank Equities entitled to transfer your data to third countries (outside the EEA)

What your data protection rights are

You have the following rights:

• Exercising the right to portability of your personal data (see f above) does not imply the erasure of your data from Eurobank Equities records; said erasure is subject to the previous paragraph.

1. The aforementioned rights can be exercised in a forward-looking manner and cannot apply to personal data processing that has already been conducted. 

How you can exercise your rights

Eurobank Equities will use its best endeavours to address your request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. This deadline may be extended for another 60 days, provided this is deemed necessary at the absolute discretion of Eurobank Equities, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests. Eurobank Equities shall inform you within thirty (30) days of the request’s receipt in any case of prolongation of the abovementioned period.

This service is offered by Eurobank Equities free of charge. However, if your requests are blatantly unfounded, excessive or repeated, Eurobank Equities may demand the payment of a reasonable fee, after informing you accordingly, or deny responding to your request(s).

How Eurobank Equities protects your personal data

Eurobank Equities implements appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data and their protection from accidental or unlawful destruction, random loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access and any other form of unlawful processing.

Although concerted efforts are made to safeguard personal data, Eurobank Equities cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to its Website simply because sending information via the internet is not completely safe.
