EUROBANK TRADER CUSTOMERS/USERS MUST HAVE ALTERNATIVE MEANS TO ENTER INTO TRANSACTIONS OTHER THAN EUROBANK TRADER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. IF ACCESS TO EUROBANK TRADER IS NOT AVAILABLE, CUSTOMERS/USERS MAY CONTACT THE COMPANY OVER THE PHONE (+30 2103720580) from 09:00 to 23:00 Greek time, Monday-Friday on business days in Greece.
The pricing of the Company's financial instruments as provided from time to time, as well as relevant information contained in Eurobank Trader (hereinafter “Eurobank Trader Information”) come from the Company and/or third-party providers, are provided as is, without any guarantee for accuracy, appropriateness or completeness, explicit or implied, and may be provided with a delay, as determined by the provider each time.
If Eurobank Trader Information is subject to disclaimers, using this Eurobank Trader Information is subject to these disclaimers. The Company and third-party Eurobank Trader Information providers are not liable for errors, omissions, or any Information shortcomings, delays or interruptions in Eurobank Trader Information transmission or for any damage caused by the use of the Eurobank Trader Information.

The management and protection of Eurobank Trader customers’/users’ personal data are governed by the Special Terms of Use for Eurobank Trader, and the relevant provisions of Greek and European legislation, as described in detail in the Notice on personal data processing on www.eurobankequities.gr.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over resolving any dispute that may arise in the future with regard to these terms, including any proceedings in the context of upholding or taking out injunctions. This jurisdiction is in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure in force.
