How to become a client

Become a Eurobank Equities client and get an exchange code, as well as the ability to register to the Eurobank Trader platform, whether you bank with Eurobank or not.

What are the conditions

You must be over 18 years old. To start banking with us through Eurobank Mobile App, you need to:

  • Have updated your details at Eurobank.
  • Have Greek citizenship and sole tax residency in Greece.
  • Are not a politically exposed person (PEP) and don’t have a relative or partner who is a PEP, i.e. an individual who is or has been entrusted with a prominent function in Greece or abroad.

If you bank with Eurobank

You can submit the investment relationship application through the Eurobank Mobile App.

Open the app on your mobile and:

  1. Choose: Products > Investments > Eurobank Trader > APPLY.
  2. Confirm your details and choose “Continue”.
  3. Consent to the transfer of your details to Eurobank Equities.
  4. Sign the application to start an investment relationship with Eurobank Equities online.

As soon as you receive your form, if the details are complete, we create your code and we notify you immediately by email.

If you do not use the app, you can become our client by following the 3 steps below.

If you do not bank with Eurobank

Step 1: Fill in and sign the application form

Download the investment relationship application form, fill it out in capital letters and sign it. Fill in the form carefully. If any details are missing, you’ll have to repeat the process.

Your signature may be authenticated:

  • Online through the digital certification option on Gov.gr or with an eIDAS-compliant signature.
  • At a Citizen Service Centre (KEP) or any Eurobank branch, if you are already banking with Eurobank.

Step 2: Collect supporting documents

  1. ID card, or copy of digital ID, or passport, or uniformed services ID card.
  2. Recent tax return or other official document from the tax authorities.
  3. Certificate from your employer, or copy of recent payslip, or certificate issued by a social insurance fund.
  4. Recent utility bill, or rental agreement, or valid residence permit, and recent landline or mobile phone bill.
  5. Any document issued by a bank, stating account holder and bank account.

Step 3: Submit forms and supporting documents

To complete the process and get an exchange code, submit the necessary supporting documents and the completed form:

Once we’ve received and processed the documents, we create your code and notify you immediately by email. Using your exchange code, you can register to the Eurobank Trader platform.

Depending on the investments you are interested in (international stock exchanges, derivatives, margin account etc.), you also need to download, fill in and sign the:
